Refund policy

30 days to change your mind. You get 30 days from the day you order. If the shirt isn't for you, we refund it. If it doesn't fit, we send another size.

Don't love it? We'll refund you.
Any reason is fine, and you don't need to send it back. Pass it to a friend, or keep it for tank-cleaning day.

Doesn't fit? We'll send a new size.
Tell us the size you need and we'll print a new one. Keep the first shirt.

How to reach us
Email support@brightbison.com within 30 days of your order and include your order number. Say whether you'd like a refund or a new size. A real person replies. The same email covers a parcel that hasn't turned up or a print that isn't right.

A replacement shirt doesn't restart the 30 days.
