Returns & Refunds Because each item is printed specially for you when you order, we currently offer full refunds or replacements for the following "hiccups":

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your T-shirt arrives with any print or fabric flaws.

  • Wrong Items Received: If the fox arrived when you ordered the tiger.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't moved and your order is officially "strayed from the herd".

The 30-Day Guarantee All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. To start a request, please reach out to our support team at support@brightbison.com with a photo of the issue so we can help you fast.
